Each campaign can have up to four ways to earn points, and up to three ways to redeem points for a reward. These options can be enabled or disabled when customizing a campaign in the [User Dashboard > Loyalty Campaign](/myagents.plus/product-development/development/saas-experience-archive/rewards+/user/loyalty-programs.md).
